I was surprised to see that The Eagles (my favorite band) had released a new song and music video!

This video is hot on the viral charts right now. Pretty cool, prison inmates doing a video for Thriller (that Michael Jackson song).

I was watching Boiler Room a few days ago, and came across this memorable scene:

And there is no such thing as a no sale call. A sale is made on every call you make. Either you sell the client some stock or he sells you a reason he can’t. Either way a sale is made, the only question is who is gonna close? You or him?

So it looks like The Rubinoo’s (a 70’s band, who had a “hit” called “I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend”) is suing Avril Lavigne stating that her “Girlfriend” song infringes on their copyright.

I don’t know… I listened to both. The beat is similar, but unless someone can copyright “Hey, Hey, You, You” I don’t think there’s much of a case.
